Getting the motivation to exercise can be hard enough, but what's even harder is trying to figure out the best ways to do it.

Great tips, No Hype!

1.. Don't go 'on' a diet, just change up your current diet.  Going on a diet implies that you will eventually go off it, back to old habits.

2.The number 1 rule to weight loss: Energy eaten MUST BE LESS than Energy used.

3. Change 1 habit at a time. For example: go for a 30 minute walk 5 times a week, once this becomes second nature, begin a new one.

4. Eat with Mindfulness: pay attention to what you eat, and only eat at the table. Take small bites and chew more, putting down your knife and fork between each bite.

5. Positive thinking: being confident in yourself and believing you are worth the effort will be a great help in reaching your goals.
